These are projects that you could take up if you are new to programming on GNU/Linux or have not done complex research or development projects in the past. These projects are simpler to build, have clearer solutions to the problems that they are addressing and are easily approachable by developers of any technical level - even those who have not really programmed too much using Free Software.

 Intermediate Projects

 These projects assume a greater level of familiarity with Free Software. It is possible that you've might not have heard about these tools or had exposure to them. But if you are willing to take up a challenge, we are confident that you will be able to do justice to your work.

• Datacard Support for NetworkManager for Indian datacard offerings

• RRD-based Bandwidth Monitoring System
• Build modules to manage commonly available EPABX systems via their serial interfaces

 Advanced Projects

 These are some of the most ambitious projects that we are trying to initiate. They address very unique problems and that in our view, have no precedent using Free Software. While they might seem complex to address, they are also that much more satisfying after you've accomplished something through them!

• Generalised Conference Management System using Drupal
